Last updated: 25 October 2026 1. Where we deliver We deliver to the governorates offered at checkout. You can see the delivery fee and time for your governorate on any product page, by choosing it under the add-to-cart button. 2. Delivery fees - Delivery fees depend on the governorate and are shown before you confirm your order. - When there is a free delivery offer above a certain amount, it is shown on the product page and in the cart, and applies automatically once your items reach that amount. - A cash-on-delivery fee may apply; if so, it is shown before you confirm your order. 3. Delivery times - Expected arrival dates for each governorate are shown on the product page. They count working days; Friday is not a delivery day. - These dates are estimates and may slip in busy seasons, on public holidays or for reasons beyond our control. We will contact you if there is a significant delay. 4. Preparing and shipping your order - Cash on delivery orders: we call you to confirm the order, then prepare it for shipping. - Card and mobile wallet orders: the order is prepared as soon as the payment succeeds. - Transfer orders (InstaPay and Vodafone Cash): the order is prepared once we have checked that the payment arrived. 5. Tracking your order You can follow your order's status (confirmed, shipped, delivered) from the order link in your email, or under "My orders" in your account if you are signed in. 6. Receiving your order - The courier calls you before arriving, so please make sure your phone number and address are correct, and answer the call. - Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours. - If delivery fails after several attempts to reach you, the order comes back to us, and the delivery fee may be deducted from any refund. 7.
