Definitions "The store", "we" or "us": the Tibr online store and its website, tibr.shop. "The customer" or "you": anyone who browses the website, creates an account or orders through it. 2. Your account - You can buy without an account, or create one with your email address or your Google account. - The details you give us must be accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. - Account holders must be at least 13 years old; anyone under 18 uses the website with a parent's or guardian's consent. - We may suspend any account used for fraud or in breach of these terms. 3. Products and prices - We take care that product photos and descriptions match the real products; colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. - Prices are in Egyptian pounds and are final, including any taxes due. Delivery fees depend on the governorate and are shown before you confirm your order. - We may change prices at any time; a change never affects an order that is already confirmed. - If a product's price or details are clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund anything paid in full. 4. Orders and confirmation - An order is your offer to buy. The sale is complete only once we confirm it, and we may call you to confirm it before shipping. - We may refuse or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the details or the payment, or if we suspect fraud. Anything paid is then refunded. - You can ask to cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. 5. Payment - The payment methods available are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery, bank cards and mobile wallets through the Paymob payment gateway, and transfers by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash. - We never see or keep your card details: you enter them directly on Paymob's secure page. - For InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfers, you attach a photo of the transfer receipt, and the order is confirmed only once we have checked that the full amount has arrived. - A cash-on-delivery fee may apply; if so, it is shown before you confirm your order. 6. Shipping and delivery - We deliver to the governorates offered at checkout; delivery fees and times depend on the governorate. - Arrival dates shown are estimates and may slip for reasons beyond our control, such as the courier's circumstances or public holidays. - Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any visible damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. - If delivery fails because of a wrong address or phone number, or because the order is refused without reason, we may deduct the delivery fee from any refund. 7. Returns and exchanges - Under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you may return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and sealed packaging. - For the safety of the product and of our customers, fragrances, incense and personal care products cannot be returned once opened or used, unless they are defective. - If a product is defective or not what you ordered, we pay the shipping and you may exchange it or get a full refund. - Refunds go back through the original payment method where possible, within 30 days of us receiving the returned product. - To request a return or exchange, contact us with your order number. 8. Coupons and the loyalty program - Coupons are subject to their stated conditions (such as a minimum order, validity dates and number of uses). Discounts are not combined on one order: the better one for you is applied automatically. - Loyalty discounts depend on the completed orders on your account and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may change or end the program, keeping whatever you have already earned before the change. 9. Acceptable use You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, try to break into or disrupt it, scrape its data automatically, or place fake orders. 10. Intellectual property All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to the store and may not be copied or used without written permission. 11. Limitation of liability We do our best to keep the website running and its information accurate, but we are not liable for indirect damage arising from its use. Our liability for any order never exceeds that order's value. Nothing here limits any right you have under Egyptian law. 12. Privacy We handle your personal data as described in the privacy policy published on this website. 13. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with the date of the last update and apply to orders placed after publication. 14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to your right to contact the Consumer Protection Agency. 15.
